The Background Evaluator
Version 1.1  -  Freeware 

 
The Background Evaluator version 1.1  is a small utility that facilitates experimenting with images in your graphics library to find the the most suitable background for your web pages. It has a few unique features such as hover mode for the file selector (allowing unobstructed viewing), split-screen mode and a scratch pad (for gathering potential image files).
